For Woven Sacks, Raffia Tape with 2 micron Calcium
1. SPIL 001 AF
A special grade for HDPE woven sacks, Tarpaulin and raffia tape. We use 2 micron particle Calcium imported from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. This calcium has average particle size below 2 micron to give better surface finish. There are special imported additives added for better output.
2. SPIL 002 AF
This is general purpose and high Melt flow index grade. This is for HDPE and PP both. We use 2 micron particle Calcium imported from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. This calcium has average particle size below 2 micron to give better surface finish. There are special imported additives added for better output.
3. SPIL 003 AF
This is special grade for PP and HDPE woven sacks, raffia tape with low melt flow index. The calcium used is 2micron particle size imported from Thailand and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
4. SPIL 003 UB AF
This is same grade as above and ultra marine blue is added to give Blue tint to the finished products. The calcium used is 2 micron particle size imported from Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
5. SPIL 003 Eco AF
This is special grade with low Melt flow index for PP and HDPE woven sacks, raffia tape. We use 2 micron particle size calcium which is coated for smooth surface finish. There are special imported additives added for better output.
6. SPIL 004 AF
This grade has special polymer carrier resin for better stretch-ability at high speed woven sacks plant. The calcium used is 2 micron particle size imported from Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
7. SPIL 005 AF
This grade is specially designed for low denier raffia tape manufacturing with high loading of filler percentage and special grade polymer content is higher.
8. SPIL 006 AF
This is better compared to our grade 005. This grade is specially designed for low denier raffia tape manufacturing with high loading of filler percentage and special grade polymer content is higher. This is with 2micron particle size imported from Thailand and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
9. SPIL 007 AF
This has high loading and very low denier capabilities. This grade is specially designed for low denier raffia tape manufacturing with high loading of filler percentage and special grade polymer content is higher. This is with 2micron particle size imported from Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
For Film, Lamination with 2 micron Calcium
10. SPIL 013 AF
This is specifically designed for Blown film, carry bags, HM and HDPE films and lamination. This is with 2micron particle size imported from Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
11. SPIL 025 AF
The grade with high polymer content. This is specifically designed for Blown film, carry bags, HM and HDPE films and lamination. This is with 2micron particle size imported from Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
All the above grades are available with 1 micron Calcium on demand.

12. SPIL 013 N AF
This is specifically designed for Blown film, carry bags, HM and HDPE films and lamination. This is with 1micron particle size imported from Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. There are special imported additives added for better output.
For Blow moulding
13. SPIL 035 E
This grade is designed for Blow moulding to impart dimension stability, reduce warpage and reduce cost. The special co-polymer is used as carrier resin to impart flexibility with improved impact strength. The coated calcium is used to avoid screw barrel damage. There are imported additives added to aid processing and reduce ampere load on main motor.
For Injection moulding
14. SPIL 035 EL
This grade is designed for Injection moulding to impart dimension stability, reduce warpage and reduce cost. 16. SPIL 050 AF
This grade is designed for high filler loading to reduce cost and replace TiO2 to get opacity with whiteness. The coated calcium is used to avoid screw barrel damage. There are imported additives added to aid processing and reduce ampere load on main motor.
For Films, Multilayer film, Paper lamination Special Grade with Hydrocarb Calcium
17. SPIL 095 H AF
This grade is designed for high filler loading to reduce cost and replace TiO2 to get opacity with whiteness. The calcium is finely ground and imported from France. The coated calcium is used to avoid screw barrel damage. There are imported additives added to aid processing and reduce ampere load on main motor.
For Films, Multilayer film, Paper lamination, diaper lamination Special Grade with 0.6 micron Hydrocarb Calcium from France
18. SPIL 090 PDN
This product is to be used for Paper lamination and Diaper. This grade is designed for high filler loading to reduce cost and replace TiO2 to get opacity with whiteness. The calcium is finely ground below 0.6 particle size imported from France. The coated calcium is used to avoid screw barrel damage. There are imported additives added to aid processing and reduce ampere load on main motor.
Shivalene Talc Filled
Talc improves tensile strength, translucent, anti-blocking effect, imparts paper like feel, crackling sound. This improves ink adhesion and brightens pigments.
For Woven Sacks, Raffia Tape
19. SPIL 001 TR
This grade is with talc to give natural feel to the woven sacks. This is transparent filler. The finish of the fabric is excellent due to special talc used with imported additives. The ampere load on main motor is reduced.
For Woven Sacks, Raffia Tape with superfine Talc
20. SPIL 025 TSP TR
This superfine talc filled grade is designed for high filler loading in woven sacks. This talc is imported and in combination with special additives gives better ink adhesion for printing, extends and brightens pigments.
For Lamination, Blown film, Carry bags
21. SPIL 012 TR
This Talc filled grade is designed for Film, Lamination, carry bags. This gives you better ink adhesion; it extends and brightens pigments, better Antiblocking properties.
For Woven Sacks, Raffia Tape with co-polymer
22. SPIL 025 E TR
This grade is added with talc and special co-polymer to enhance elongation and improve tear strength. This can be used with high loading and in woven sacks as well as in film and Lamination. This gives flexibility to the film.
Shivalene Mica Filled
Mica provides a higher flexural, tensile and compressive strength. Improves electrical properties, gives decorative effects.
Shivalene Calcium/Glass
Calcium carbonate and Glass together can imparts tensile strength, rigidity, anti-block properties and translucency and higher temperature resistance, flexural strength
Shivalene Mica/Glass
Mica and glass fibre provides a higher flexural tensile and compressive strength, high heat deflection temperature
Shivalene Talc/Glass
Talc and Glass both together improves tensile strength, translucent, anti-blocking effect, imparts paper like feel, crackling sound, High heat deflection temperature, higher flexural strength
